I was very pleased with the service that I received from Derrick Dodge.  From my initial phone call to arrange a service appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly, helpful and accommodating consultant.  Again when we brought the car in and when we picked it up.  Exemplary customer service by all three parties we encountered.

The repairs were done to my satisfaction and still under warranty.  All other issues we had asked to be addressed were also completed.  Although, I do understand why, I was a little surprised to be charged $16 (plus tax) to change the lightbulb we supplied.  Nonetheless, glad we did not have to do it ourselves on such a cold day.

I wanted to mention that the excellent customer service we encountered at Derrick Dodge was in contrast to two other Dodge dealers/service centres I had contacted about the same matter.  They were neither particularly helpful nor accommodating.   Derrick will be my first choice for Dodge service in the future.

It was truly my pleasure bringing my jeep in for service.
Before Xmas I'd booked in my jeep for the 7th on Jan at 8:00am due to work I was not able to keep my appointment. Because of a short work day I thought I'd call in to see if there was the possibility of me still bringing in my Jeep just later in the day, like that was likely to happen on a Saturday. Well this is where my best experience to date with any dealership started. Kerri answered my call, after telling her my dilemma, she very nicely said no problem, and asked if I'd mind holding for a bit and that she wanted to find out if there was in fact anything she & or the dealership could do. A very short time later Kerri came back on the phone & asked me how soon I could be there? I'm thinkn to my self are you kidding me? Only because when I have called other dealerships on a Saturday I'd been or gotten blown off with absolutely no effort on the dealerships part at all. This is where Kerri shined, by going that extra mile I was able to be there in the 15mins I told her it would take me, Kerri It was a pleasure to deal with you, & if in the future I should need any services offered by your dealership I'll look forward to dealing with you again. To Derrick Dodge Kerri was awesome, & she truly care's about the customer. She truly is a credit to her profession as well to the rest of the team at Derrick Dodge.

Thank you for  the  repairs  to  my  vehicle  yesterday!!  I  wish to acknowledge the excellent , courteous, and  respectful service  provided  to  me on  the  repairs  to  my 2004 Chrysler  Intrepid yesterday. by  Tony Gruenheidt.  From  the  time  I  arrived  and  explained  the  recurring   transmission  problem  till  the  time  I  left , I was  treated  with great  respect  by  Tony.   Although he  was  obviously  very  busy ,  he  listened  carefully  to  my  car  concerns,  asked  good  diagnostic  questions and was  very concerned  to  ensure  that  I would  be  completly  satisfied  with  the  repairs  to  the  transmission.  He  assured  me  that  my  concerns  would  be  taken  seriously  and  the  very  best  efforts  would  be  made to ensure  that  I  was  satisfied.

I am  very  satified  !!!...........so  much  so  that  following  our  discussion  I   proceeded  to  the  New Car Sales  and  am  now  considering  a  new  Chrysler 200 purchase  from  your  dealership. This  would  not  have  happened  had  it not  been  for  Tony's  courteous  ,  respectful  and  professional  manner. It  will  certainly  keep  me  coming  back to  your  dealership. as  a loyal  customer.

The tech looked at it and was ok.

 Tony took me in the shop so the tech could explain and showed me the location of vent.

On Monday, December 19, 2011, my wife Marlene and I took delivery of a  2012 Silver Dodge Caravan SXT, purchased from Derrick Dodge.  We've purchased several vehicles from various dealership over the years, but the Derrick Dodge experience was exceptional.  I want to pass on to you and the owners of Derrick Dodge my heartfelt commendations based on the following observations:

 

1. The people.  Marlene and I encountered various members of your staff team throughout the presentation, negotiation, administration and vehicle delivery procedures.

We were consistently treated with courtesy and professionalism.   Questions were answered to our satisfaction and necessary  paperwork was completed quickly.  In particular, team members we were pleased to deal with included your reception desk clerk and telephone operator; sales people Paul Kwiatkowski and Gary Powers; Sales Manager Josh Pulyk; Business Manager Barry Bubley and Willi from the online sales division.  These people represented your company very well.

 

2. The process. I negotiated the final price of the vehicle with Paul Kwiatkowski and Josh Pulyk.   I enjoyed dealing with these two men.  They quickly realized I had come in fairly aware of the option packages and knew what I wanted.  I asked them to get to the bottom line quickly, and they did.   It was straightforward.  No games.  I felt comfortable and in no way pressured or manipulated.  It was impressive.

 

3. The price. No other dealer came close to offering a similarly-equipped vehicle at the negotiated Derrick Dodge price.  Nothing more needs to be stated.  Thank you.

 

4.  The product.   Having previously owned a 2004 Toyota Sienna, my expectations in a minivan were high.   The 2012 Dodge Caravan SXT model we purchased at the Derrick Dodge price point represents great value with the standard equipment included, plus the "Stow and Go" and rear climate control options.  The new-generation interior is attractive and functional.   The vehicle's power, performance and handling in these early days of ownership have exceeded my expectations.  I have every confidence the vehicle will stand the test of time.  Added to all of this, it makes Marlene and I feel good to have purchased a made-in-Canada product.  

 

It has been a pleasure conducting business with the fine people at Derrick Dodge.  I have no hesitation recommending Derrick Dodge as a dealership friends should consider when looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
