I arrived on the lot as was greeted promptly. My
Salesperson was Jordan and after explaining my
situation and goal to him he acted promptly,
professionally and personably. While his Manager
estimated my vehicle for trade, Jordan spent the
entire time discussing my purchase options and
making very comfortable conversation – not reading
the paper, talking on the phone, etc as I’ve seen
other Salespeople do.
When I met with the Sales Manager, he was
enthusiastic and seemed as excited as I was that
there was a deal that would work well for me.
I was then led to the office of Business Manager,
Mike. Again, Mike and I chatted comfortably while he
efficiently completed the tasks necessary to finance
my vehicle.
My deal is currently pending approval from the
financier yet I can assure you that I will not
hesitate to choose and recommend Derrick Dodge for
future purchases.
The car deal that I am trying to get out of very
nearly turned me away from Dodge all together. I am
pleased and relieved that I chose Derrick Dodge
today.

Linda and I thank you for looking after us through the purchase
process of the Laredo as well as the concerns we had after the
purchase. We were very impressed with your professional and up-front
manner. You have an excellent team and it made buying the Laredo a
pleasure.
We found everyone that we had contact with at Derrick Dodge very
pleasant and helpful. Next time we buy a car we will be back if
circumstances permit (we'll likely be moving to BC). Based on our
experience with you gentlemen and Derrick Dodge we are happy to
recommend you to anyone buying a car. I don't know Derrick Dodge's
other sales personnel, but if they are half as competent you are

I am writing to you about a Christmas experience I had at your
service department on December 24th. We were in Edmonton for a few
days (from Regina), packing up a storage locker of furniture, to
move one of my daughters from the University of Alberta to Simon
Fraser University in Burnaby. We had to be back in Saskatchewan by
Friday (Boxing Day).
Just as I finished my last shopping I noticed steam coming out from
under the hood of my Jeep. Somewhat panicked at the thought of
heading out on the highway that way I went to your Family Centre
service department. It was about 11:30 and I found out first that I
had a crack in my radiator and second, that they were closing at
noon - until the 29th. A replacement of the radiator was a two or
more hour job I was told. The young lady, Miriam Stuparyk, who was
our service representative, volunteered to find someone to stay to
fix the radiator and to stay herself until the job was done. When I
said I couldn't ask that of her or others she simply replied "It's
Christmas." It turned out that it was after 2:30 by the time the job
was done and we were on our way.
Ms. Stuparyk was constantly updating us on the car and making us
feel relaxed about it. It is hard to say just how much our family
appreciated her efforts and that of the chap who stayed to do the
work (sorry I don't know his name). Christmas is busy for anyone
and I believe Ms. Stuparyk herself was heading out of town; she and
the mechanic are to be commended. I am very pleased with your
service and will be pleased to be a customer of yours when we retire
to Edmonton in a few years.

I am a brand new customer to Derrick Dodge as I recently bought a
2001 TJ Jeep. Approximately 2 weeks ago I had to bring my vehicle in
for servicing. I was fortunate enough to deal with Trevor Mullen.
My situation was this, my vehicle ended up being in the shop for
over a week for several reasons, this could have been a big
inconvenience for me. Thankfully after talking to Trevor I was able
to get a rental car which is not the norm I understand. Trevor was
also able to explain what exactly was going on with my Jeep and was
very polite and professional even though I was a little upset at the
delay.
Upon picking my Jeep up, Trevor assisted me again and was able to
help me further with my questions and concerns and I was super happy
to find it washed as well. Trevor provided me with exceptional
customer service and due to this experience and I will defiantly be
back to Derrick Dodge, and I will spread the word. Give this guy a
raise!
