If you’re unsatisfied with your used vehicle purchase from Derrick Dodge, you can bring the vehicle back for a refund – less restocking fee – within the first 5 days of ownership or 250km, whichever occurs first.
This guarantee applies to used vehicles only. The vehicle must not have more than 250KM than were present at the time of delivery. Please check your offer to purchase for the exact mileage at delivery. Any damage caused by vehicular accidents, mechanical damage due to abuse or misuse of the vehicle such as racing or reckless driving, or interior damage done to the vehicle while under the customer’s ownership will disqualify your vehicle from this program. A $350 restocking fee is due at the time of return.
