I just purchased a new 3500 Ram from Derrick Dodge. The Experience had a few little bumps as the dealership is revamping, but Tim the sales manager smoothed things out and made the entire experience great. I really love the truck, and the staff that work there are fantastic. The service manager and shop foreman even went so far as to come out to our home when I though I was having a problem with the truck. If you are looking for an new truck I can’t recommend this place enough. This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased there and I will keep going back. Thank you Tim and team for all the service and support.
